Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel your order for a course within 7 days of purchase without providing any reason.
The cancellation deadline is 7 days from the date on which you received the welcome email or access credentials for the course.

We will process your refund no later than 14 days from the day we receive your cancellation request. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original transaction. You will not incur any fees for the refund.
Conditions for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The course was purchased within the last 7 days.
- Access to the course materials has not been fully utilized (e.g., no more than 20% of the course content accessed).
The following courses or services are non-refundable:
- Courses that have been fully completed or where a certificate has been issued.
- Customized or tailored courses made to your specifications.
- Courses purchased on sale or promotional offers (this exclusion may not apply if prohibited by law).
We reserve the right to refuse refunds for any purchase that does not meet the above conditions, at our sole discretion.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. If the purchase was marked as a gift, a gift credit for the value of the return will be issued.
